Paul Kevin Jonas II
Paul Kevin Jonas II, most commonly known as Kevin, was born November 5th 1987 in Teaneck, New Jersey. The son of Denise and Paul Kevin Jonas (the first), Kevin is the eldest of his three siblings and is profoundly known for his immense coffee cravings and impossibly creative guitar performances. Currently, he's lead guitarist of the popular band, The Jonas Brothers, consisted of him and his two younger brothers Nick and Joe Jonas.
Just as his brother, Joe, Kevin's career path was not headed anywhere near a part in the famous trio band. Instead, he planned to attend college and work at the local Starbucks, feeding his cravings for coffee anytime anyday. He had a simpler plan worked out than either of his brothers, and he planned to stick to it. "I always wanted to work at Starbucks. That just seemed like the right place to be anyway". Kevin once stated. Never did Kevin once imagine, that because of an off day from school, would he ever be included in a band with his brothers.
However, as Kevin watched Nick grow up, entertaining himself with broadway productions, Kevin was inspired to try something on his own. He soon began to take up acting, appearing in commercials from JcPenny to Chuck E. Cheese on occasion. Although not fully satisfying, Kevin began to feel like he had found where he belonged. Until a year later, he had discovered his hidden desire to play the guitar.
"One day, I was just sick at home. So I picked up a guitar and a guitar book and just started to mess around with it." Kevin once described honestly. Even so, he wasn't a professional right away, but he continued to work on it, devoloping a skill with the instrument, and even on the verge of creating music with his brother, Nick, whom at the time was getting ready to sign a contract for Columbia Records as a solo artist.
Now, taking part in The Jonas Brothers, Kevin couldn't imagine life any other way. "We all just love what were doing right now, and we want to continue to do it for the rest of our lives. We weren't sure of it before, but now were certain¨Cwe're living our dream out here".
No one could've said it any better.
